10th Wedding Anniversary Dinner in Krabi, Thailand

For our 10th anniversary, we went to Krabi, and had a rather romantic dinner by the beach. The food was nothing to shout about, but the ambiance was just perfect.

The setting was well taken cared off. Of course, it had to be, because I met up with the manager earlier and made my expectation clear. After all, it was out 10th anniversary. Candlelight was placed in a rather unique way.

Let's start out with introduction of the F&B. We had some fine tasting white wine, very light and clear. I am no wine expert, so I choose the one that I am most familiar with, the Sauvignon Blanc.

We had the first course which was Pharma Ham and Smoked Duck (above) followed by the onion soup and pumpkin soup ( bottom)
In between the meal, we were served with lemon sorbet. I don't know why it came in the middle of the meal.It was okay only.

Our main course was 1) Beef Steak with Mashed Potatoes, and Veges 2) Norwegian Salmon, with Butter Rice and Veges. And to end the meal we have Fried Banana Fitters with Ice-Cream.
As I said before the food was not good, but we were the crazy ones who opted for Western food in Thailand, so what do we expect. We just wanted the romantic ambiance, that;s all. I will blog about the authentic Thai food that we had in next blogs.
